Every school and provision is different, and thank goodness! We will spend some time getting to know you, your team, the children at your school and your wider school community.
We'll complete a fact finding activity to ensure we understand how your school lives and breathes and the journey you're on in terms of wellbeing, connection and belonging.
A key focus within this audit process is partnership. We will develop links with a variety of your stakeholders such as your senior leadership team, governing body or trustees, staffing teams, parents and carers and most importantly - the children of your provision.
We'll be collecting information via surveys, deep dives and interviews to paint a complete picture of your provision. We'll also start working through our audit framework. We'll give you a secure place to upload information, policies and other evidence.
Once we've compiled all of the information, evidence and data together - we'll produce our report and action plan. The report will outline each area we look at within the audit framework, your school's current strengths and area's for development.
We'll also produce an action plan covering any area's for development, our suggestions of steps forward and ways we can facilitate this development if required. We're in this together!
