1️⃣ You’re wanting to support behaviour in ways that need time, understanding and consistency — not quick fixes.

2️⃣ You’re looking to bring values around inclusion and belonging into everyday practice and culture, consciously asking why.

3️⃣ You’re prioritising staff wellbeing alongside the everyday demands of school life. Desiring a culture of support that works for everyone.

4️⃣ You’re looking for sustainable, relational change rather than short-term initiatives that don’t help anyone.

Grounded, relational
and shaped by context.

Partnering with schools and organisations across the UK to strengthen relational practice and belonging.

Codevelo works alongside schools and organisations to strengthen practice and cultures around behaviour, inclusion and culture. Working to create belonging for every child, in every school. Our work is informed by research, lived experience and real-world education settings — always shaped around the people, systems and pressures involved.

We don’t offer off-the-shelf programmes or universal solutions. Instead, we focus on helping settings make sense of complexity and develop approaches that are both relational and sustainable.
