"The bespoke training provided by Codevelo was one of the best courses our staff have attended.
Working with the trainer beforehand to discuss our school development requirements and then devise what was needed, meant that the content of the course was tailored to precisely meet the needs of the school. It gave the opportunity to explore issues particular to our pupils, which is something that is not possible in most courses.
Immediately after the training, I was able to see strategies discussed being put into action, and this continues to be the case. I believe this is partly due to the individualised nature of the CPD.

So, after leaving school I worked in and around education for several years before considering how I could best support purposeful change to benefit the children who technically belong in school but don’t feel like they truly belong. “
