Behaviour
- Workshop / Keynote
- In-person / Virtual
Session Overview
In this session, we delve into a consistent approach to proactively supporting the positive experience of young people at school. Often when we think of behaviour, we think of the behaviour we’d rather not see or encourage. However, behaviour is the anything and everything we do at every minute of every day – so to focus on the behaviours we’d prefer not to see massively shifts the way we think, feel and talk about behaviour.
This session is about considering the culture and community we cultivate, a relational approach, consideration of Trauma and ACE’s and how we set the ground work to better understanding and supporting the children and young people in our provision.

This session has been written and developed by Founder, Jack Pattinson. This session aims to provide a foundation for schools and education provisions wanting to reflect on the experiences offered within their provision and the impact those experiences have on the children they support.
The leader of this workshop will offer guided reflection and action points for staff, leaders, and governance members to commit to their journey towards ensuring they operate a provision where inclusion, kindness, and emotional safety are non-negotiables.
