Audit Overview
In schools across the UK, staff wellbeing and positive workplace cultures are increasingly being recognised as crucial to both teacher retention and student success. Research by the Education Support Partnership (2021) revealed that 77% of education staff experienced symptoms of poor mental health due to work. Many schools struggle to identify actionable strategies to address these challenges effectively.
Our Staff Wellbeing and Positive Cultures Audit Tool is designed to provide schools with the clarity they need to create transformative change. By offering a structured and trauma-informed approach to evaluating current practices, this service empowers leadership teams to implement meaningful solutions, fostering kindness, connection, and curiosity at the heart of their communities. Together, we’ll address the challenges you face, offering evidence-based solutions to create lasting cultural shifts.
