In a fast-paced educational landscape, it’s easy for relationships to take a backseat to academic pressures. Yet, research consistently shows that meaningful connections between educators and students are the cornerstone of successful learning environments. Relationships are the foundations to everything we do in education. Too often, education professionals face challenges in fostering these relationships amid the demands of curriculum delivery, behaviour support, and systemic constraints.
Our “Sparking Moments of Connection” workshop and keynote delve into the critical role of relationships in education. Designed to inspire and equip, this session introduces practical strategies, including the PACE approach and trauma-informed practices, to help educators build strong, impactful relationships. This session will consider how relationships are built, nurtured and repaired.
