Our Relational Governance sessions are a dynamic and impactful experience designed for governing bodies and academy trust boards seeking to transform their approach to leadership. Combining industry insights, relational practices, and evidence-based strategies, this service will empower your team to lead with purpose and inclusivity.
We’ll begin by exploring the principles of reflective governance, focusing on the interplay between inclusion, belonging, and effective decision-making. You’ll delve into practical tools to assess and improve the governance culture in your institution, including strategies to align your team’s actions with the needs of the children you serve.
